Are these golf carts street-legal in Brooklyn and New York City?

Yes. We specialize in LSVs (Low-Speed Vehicles) that are fully compliant with federal and NY State safety standards. Unlike standard golf carts, our LSVs come with 17-digit VINs, mirrors, seatbelts, and headlights, allowing them to be driven on public roads with a speed limit of 35mph or less.

Do I need a driver's license to drive one in New York?

Yes. Because these are registered motor vehicles (LSVs), the operator must possess a valid driver’s license and the vehicle must be insured and registered, just like a car.
